Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Dooryard, a service operated by Henosis Labs (“we”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

What Dooryard is

Dooryard is software that helps a real estate licensee record what they observe on a property visit: rooms, measurements, photos, condition ratings, and notes, and to assemble those observations into a report. It is not a home inspection, an appraisal, a survey, or engineering advice, and the reports it produces say so. Measurements and ratings are the user’s own; floor plans ordered through the service are produced by CubiCasa under CubiCasa’s terms.

Your content

Photos, notes, and other content you capture belong to you or your brokerage. You grant us the licence needed to store, process, and deliver it (for example, to resize photos and to build and email reports). You are responsible for having permission to photograph the property and to share the report with the people you send it to.

People you meet

Contact details for owners and occupants are kept inside your team and are never printed on reports. Use them only as the law and your MLS and brokerage rules allow.

Accounts and teams

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Team owners and admins may see visits created by team members. Removing a member ends their access; the team keeps its visits.

Floor plans

Ordering a floor plan sends the property address and your email to CubiCasa, which emails you a scan link and charges your CubiCasa account at its published rates. Plans and square-footage figures are CubiCasa’s work product, delivered through Dooryard.

Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Per-report purchases are charged when a report is built. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with 30 days’ notice.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Dooryard to misrepresent a property, to photograph people or places without permission, to send reports to people who haven’t agreed to receive them, or to interfere with the service or other users.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Henosis Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On closure you can export your reports and photos for 30 days.
