Type the address and why you're there: a pre-listing walk, a showing, an investor look, a move-in or move-out. Dooryard lays out the rooms a house like that usually has, so you edit instead of type.
Room by room: a photo or three, length and width, a 1-to-5 condition tap, the flooring and closet chips, a flag if something's wrong, a note in your words. Roof to septic gets the same treatment on the Systems tab.
