Privacy policy

This policy explains what Dooryard collects, why, and who sees it. Dooryard is operated by Henosis Labs in Maine.
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, brokerage, license and MLS ids), through Henosis ID where you sign in that way. Visit content: the property address, the rooms, measurements, ratings, flags, and notes you enter, the photos you take (including the time and, if you allow it, the location they were taken), floor plans returned by CubiCasa, and the reports built from all of that. Contact details for the people you meet at the property. Standard server logs and the payment records Stripe keeps for us.
How we use it
To run the service: storing and resizing your photos, rolling room sizes up into square footage, ordering floor plans you ask for, building and delivering reports, and showing a team its own visits. To keep a record of what was recorded and sent, and when. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your photos or notes to train anything.
Who sees it
The agent who created the visit, and owners, admins, and assistants on their team. Whoever you send a report or report link to. Service providers we use to run the service: our hosting and database provider, SendGrid for email, Stripe for payments, and CubiCasa when you order a floor plan (they receive the property address and your email). Contact details for owners and occupants are never printed on reports.
Photos and location
Your phone may attach a location to photos when you allow it. We keep it with the photo so the report can show where it was taken; turn off location access on your phone if you would rather not. Photos are stored privately and served only to signed-in team members and through report links you create and can revoke.
Retention
Visits, photos, and reports are kept while the account is active and for up to seven years afterward, reflecting typical real estate record-keeping requirements, unless you ask us to delete them sooner and no legal duty prevents it. Deleting a visit removes its photos and report from storage.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, delete visits, turn off report links, and close your account from inside the app or by emailing us. If you appear in a report someone else prepared, contact the agent who prepared it, or us at the address below.
